Meet our Massage Therapist
KRISTINE ALLEN, BS, LMP
My passion is to support people in experiencing their Wholeness. In life there are times of stress, illness, injury, imbalance as well as times when we are pushing ourselves to grow physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. During these times I would be honored to support your body in staying relaxed and pain free, your mind in staying at peace, your emotions in being in balance and your spirit lifted. I look forward to supporting your growth and healing process with my vast tool box and to encourage you to go deep within to experience the Truth of who you are.
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. This is a beautiful foundation for my massage practice. My in depth understanding of the mechanics of the body continue to support my work, especially with therapeutic and treatment massage. I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage (now Cortiva Massage School) in 1993 and have been practicing massage in Skagit Valley since then. I love learning and continue to explore new modalities to support my clients.
I also offer one day and multiple day workshops to support people in discovering the Truth within.
I love to grow and learn! I enjoy hiking, backpacking, running, swimming in warm salt water, create new, easy and exciting healthy recipes as well as to meditate.
